REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to process.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

Clients may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation terms outlined in their service agreement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.
